Michael earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with honors from the University of the West Indies and completed his legal training at the Eugene Dupuch Law School in Nassau. Since being called to the Bahamas Bar in 2012, he has advised on a wide range of legal matters, including offshore trust structuring, regulatory compliance, and complex commercial litigation.
Before joining Alister Associates, Michael worked with a leading Bahamian financial services firm, where he developed a keen understanding of the regulatory landscape affecting both startups and multinational corporations operating in the Caribbean.
